We are 8th year certified organic farmers growing several varieties of heirloom fruit and veggies, with a focus on forgotten southern favorites. We also have an on-farm craft brewery & restaurant, where we use local and regional ingredients (as well as many we grow here on the farm) to create unique, tasty farm fresh food & brews.

BE A !!! The one true way to know exactly what food you're buying is to KNOW WHO RAISED IT!! We've been over here shouting that from the holler for almost 14 years!!! We have added a little freezer to the porch (ok sometimes AI assist on photos is a *little* fun)....and we've got select cuts from Hoien Farms beef (Russellville), Bansleys Berkshire Ridge Farm, Gum Creek Emu Farm and Rabbit Ridge Farms.
We're open for shopping any time the restaurant/brewery is open (thurs-sat 5-9pm, sunday noon-5) and by appointment during the remainder of the week! Give us a call! 479-938-0199!!
p.s. we've spent a lot of years building relationships with as many producers in the state as we can, so if there's a local product you're looking for and can't find it....hit us up! we probably know someone who grows it!!!

You guys have been selling us out of the fun dishes we're whipping up with the pork belly we're getting from Bansleys Berkshire Ridge Farm farms! This was the brunch experiment! Sous vide then fried belly slabs with organic cheese on Serenity Farm Bread , fully battered and fried monte Cristo style! Powdered sugar and our sweet chile garlic rhubarb jam! We're definitely gonna keep that one!! See you next week!

FALL INTO BLOOM LOCAL MARKET
SATURDAY OCT 17 FROM 9-11AM AT Blossomberry Nursery!!

Made with fresh local eggs, locally raised meats, organic and local veggies and Little Rock tortillas! Even house made salsa with our own peppers :-)

Here's how to get in on it! We're gonna start off with pre-orders....order at the link below and we'll have your burrito(s) set aside for you at the market! Lots of other local vendors will be there, including our own Logan's Layers from 9-2 or sold out!

1. go to https://prestonrose-farm.square.site/
2. click on the burrito icon
3. select your proteins, quantities etc.
4. checkout and pay...then we'll see you Saturday between 9-11am at Blossomberry!!!!
5. please pay no attention to the references to "tickets"...that's just how it appears on square's website. You are ordering and prepaying for burritos you'll pickup Saturday October 17 btwn 9-11am.

We may have a *few* extras at the market, but don't count on those! We're also only there till 11am (or sellout) so come early!!

We'll tough it out one more day for $10 burger night Thursday....Then soup season is ON!!
We're so excited, we might get a little carried away Friday night and do a soup flight!! We'll try to refrain from getting the hot cocoa and jingle bells out.....for now!!
