Nose: Caramel, toffee, butter, custard, nougat, cotton candy, honey, vanilla, soufflé, toasted coconut, mango, apricots, peaches, dried cherry, green apples, celery, sweet coriander seeds, sandalwood, cedar, oak, bourbon barrel.

Palate: Light caramel, nougat, vanilla, honey, cotton candy, apricots, cherry pie, dried cherries, citrus, lemongrass, sweet barrel, smooth, light wood, oaky, smooth.

Finish: Beautiful toffee, lingering caramel, new corn, dried blood orange, eucalyptus, lemon pepper, coffee, oaky, soft, velvety, delicious.

We built Alpine Distilling from the ground up, obsessing over every detail from sourcing the best ingredients to perfecting each blend. The results speak for themselves. Our spirits have gone head-to-head with the best in the world, earning awards and, more importantly, the respect of our peers. Our portfolio spans gin, whiskey, and liqueur each crafted with the same dedication to quality and character.

But medals and accolades are only part of the story. What matters is what comes next. The way we drink is changing. People are seeking out quality over quantity, authenticity over gimmicks. It’s no longer about excess it’s about experience. If you’re going to drink less, you should drink better.

It is wonderful to work with Nisha Bindraban and the team since our kickoff during the Sundance Institute Film Festival with the White Peach Edition at our lounge in Park City, Utah - and now through summer we will showcase the Elevated White Peach Spritz and the White Peach Preserve Spritz.

Alpine Distilling’s whiskey portfolio’s flavor profiles, aroma, and proof are rooted in Park City, Utah with grains from the finest U.S. farms and Kentucky yeast to ensure that only the highest quality spirit is created.

We are delighted to announce that we will avail six barrels of our highly decorated Single Malt to the public this year.

Col. Sergent distills on an American Pot Still and then aged in toasted American Oak barrels. The two primary mashbills are a “Wheated Bourbon” of corn/wheat/barley blend and a “Single Malt” from 100% malted barley. Alpine Distilling works closely with two cooperages for our Appalachian Oak and Arkansas Oak barrels, with select toasting and char levels.

EDINBURGH, Scotland — Amongst worldwide industry professionals Alpine Distilling shared its expertise and experience at the eighth annual Worldwide Distilled Spirits Conference in Edinburgh, Scotland. Col. Robert Sergent presented “Evolving Whiskey Tastings to Improve Comprehension and Help Distillers Communicate Complex Flavors.”

“Driving conversations that improve both the whiskey drinking experience and a distiller’s ability to share production rationale was a great opportunity to demonstrate our commitment towards contributing to industry improvement. As the only US whiskey distillery presenting, there valuable conversations with colleagues from the UK, Germany, Scandinavia, and Japan that we can take and share with our customers in Park City,” said Col. Sergent.

Awarded the “Spirit of the Year” and a 98-point grade from Enthusiast Report (and the Cover!).

Our Straight Bourbon Whiskey is cask-selected, and aged at least an additional year in toasted, quarter-sawed American Oak with hand-split French Oak heads. The bespoke, hand-made finishing barrels are a work of art. Twice slow-toasted to maximize the extraction of balanced vanilla, they are the most premium casks available and selected carefully to deliver the smoothest, best balanced premium whiskey available anywhere.
