Wild-Caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon is back!

It’s time to stock the freezer with some of the best salmon you’ll find anywhere. Our wild-caught Alaskan sockeye is caught in Bristol Bay Alaska, professionally processed, vacuum packed, and frozen for freshness.

Unfortunately, our cost went up more than $2/ pound this year. I’ve tried to keep the increase as low as possible, so rather than passing the entire increase along, I’m raising our price by $2 per pound.

This year’s prices:

🔹 20 lb box of fillets — $19/lb ($380 per box). With tax $391.40
Approximately 1.25 lb fillets, skin on, pin bones removed, individually vacuum packed and frozen.

🔹 10 lb box of 6 oz portions — $19.50/lb ($195 per box). With tax $200.85
Perfect individual portions! Skin on, pin bones removed, individually vacuum packed and frozen.

This isn’t farm-raised salmon or something that’s been sitting in a grocery store display case. It’s wild Alaskan sockeye—rich, flavorful, and straight from one of the world’s greatest salmon fisheries.

If you’ve bought from us before, you know the quality. If you haven’t, this is a great time to give it a try.

Deliveries in the Park City and SLC areas will begin in October. If you purchased salmon last year, I will reach out to you directly.

Message me, or comment here, to reserve your boxes! Quantities are limited, and once it’s gone, that’s it until next season.

Not every day is a fishing day on Bristol Bay, and that's exactly the point.
Openers are determined by scientists tracking the run in real time. Each river is monitored independently. Each opener is called based on data, not consumer demand. Fishermen wait. Sometimes for days. That patience and that science are the reason the most productive wild salmon fishery on Earth has stayed that way for over 140 years. The fish come first. Everything else follows.

People often ask “how long does the salmon last”? Each vacuum packed portion or fillet is stamped with a “best by” date of two years from the date of processing. I ration my own salmon to last a full year until the next catch arrives. In this photo, I’m enjoying Salmon crudo from last summer’s catch. The quality and flavor are amazing at roughly one year out from processing.
It seems most people run out of their supply long before the product degrades due to time.
