Salmon update- though slightly delayed, the salmon is scheduled for pick up in WA tomorrow Oct 7, with arrival in SLC Friday Oct 10. My first deliveries will commence Monday or Tuesday, Oct 13 or 14. Thanks for your patience. I will be reaching out individually to coordinate deliveries soon. Thank you!

Wild caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon will soon be available for delivery in the Park City and Salt Lake City areas! Expected arrival is roughly the first of October. As in years past, I will have 10 lb boxes of 6oz portions(25 portions/box), as well as 20 lb boxes of fillets(roughly 16 fillets/box at 1.25 lbs each). All salmon is sold skin on, pin bones removed, vacuum packed and frozen for peak freshness and quality.
Portions will be sold at $17.50/lb, and fillets at $17/lb. With tax totals will be $180.25, and $350.20 respectively.
I sold out last year faster than ever, so reserve your salmon now, either with a comment, private message or text- no deposit necessary. I will reach out when I begin scheduling deliveries.
