Well it’s 3:30 am and our season is officially over, we were hoping to make 500 gallons but fell a little short we finished the year making 497 gallons. Thanks to all who helped make this a successful season. Now let the cleaning begin:)

Well it’s been a while! But now that the dust has settled thought we would update everyone with how our season shook out. With a season that started a month earlier than normal with zero snow and pretty much drought conditions we really were doubtful that we would have a good season. It was a year full of anticipation and disappointment, lots of equipment issues and crazy weather, but we were able to work through the adversities and managed to end up with a successful year we gathered 26325 gallons of sap and produced 482 gallons of syrup:) Many thanks are in order for so many people that i don’t know were to start. So thanks to all who helped us make our dream a reality again this year , thank you to all who support us by purchasing our products. Hope you all enjoyed following our progress on our page this season looking forward to sharing our experiences with you all again. Thank you all. Tom.
