The homeowner had water damage on the bedroom ceiling. The original siding contractor left the corners open and didn’t properly flash the top of the siding. We removed the siding and replaced the rooter plywood, added new step flashing, flashing tape over the step flashing, house wrap, built the chimney out to cover the corners and capped everything in aluminum. We repaired the damaged ceiling, fixed 2 exhaust fans that were clogged with birds nest and replace the insulation.

We updated this apartment . Started with gutting the bathroom down to the studs closing off and bricking in the window. Inspected and replaced the drains and galvanized water pipes with pvc and copper. Updated electric with a new 20amp gfi and led lights. We installed a new tub and used Wilsonart Wet Wall system for the bath tub and vanity wall. These panels are a great option to tile and offer a seamless look with no grout.

Went through and scraped all loose plaster, patched and skim coated the walls using a fiberglass reinforced mesh to stop any future cracks leaving everything paint ready for the owner.
