Mt. View Brewing, Golden Row Cider and Grateful Vineyard is growing and seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the brewing, cider, soda and wine making operations at our facility, which includes a 4-barrel brewing system onsite. The Brewery has grown production in the last two years and is projected to produce around 120 barrels this year and the cidery produced about 100 barrels of cider for the year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brewing and cider making, exceptional leadership skills, and a dedication to producing high-quality craft beverages.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the brewing and cider/wine-making process, including recipe development, ingredient selection, mashing, fermentation, and packaging.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the brewing and cider-making facilities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Maintain inventory of brewing and cider-making supplies, including grains, hops, yeast, and other ingredients.
Collaborate with the management team to develop new and innovative beer and cider offerings that align with market trends and customer preferences.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all brewing and cider-making equipment and facilities.
Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure consistent flavor profiles, aromas, and overall product excellence.
Manage and mentor assistant brewers and production staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Work closely with the leadership team to promote and represent Mt. View Brewing and Golden Row Cider at industry events, festivals, and tastings.
Collaborate with the winery and tasting room staff to create a cohesive and enjoyable customer experience across all beverage offerings.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in professional brewing and cider making, $50,000 a year email to apply [email protected]
