My neighbors
Good morning, I am Katrina -a 5th generation farmer/fermentor and this is my incredible husband Kenny Galloway and together we own The Grateful Vineyard and Mt View Orchards.
We have been farming, fermenting and opening up our abundant fruit & flower farm like a large living room for our friends, neighbors and community to enjoy since day one. We adore growing affordable and nutritious fruit and crafting small craft refreshments for our community to enjoy right here at our onsite Tasting Room.
We are buying a 51 acre farm at the base of Mt Hood from Trinas incredibly supportive & welcoming parents Lyle and Ruthie- who also live on the farm as well and have been farming since their teens on my grandparents fruit farm. Multi- generational Farming together is a wild dream come true and keeping small family farms in families is our passion.
We love sharing forward our small craft refreshments including our house made delicious beer, wine, cider, fruit sodas and farm to table pizzas. Growing fresh and affordable fruit, Ucut flowers, veggies, pumpkins and creating delicious low sugar jams is our pleasure.
Our families farming mission since the beginning is to extend a year round invite to ALL our friends of the farm to join us often to be restored, refreshed and deeply nourished in the heart of our small family farm and vineyard.
We also want to thank all of you for your continued support and partnership of our farming dreams. Farming is in our blood and is our family’s legacy. Thank you for helping us keep these dreams alive well as we hope to be farming here indefinitely and nourishing our neighbors for generations to come.
