74 yesterday to 11 degrees this morning with 4” of snow. Colorado gardening in near Spring bipolar weather.

There’s something so beautiful about snow falling while we milk the goats. Morning chores still have to be done, rain, snow, or shine, and the animals are always depending on us. It’s hard work and not always seen, but we’re truly grateful for this life and all that comes with it. ❄️🐐

It’s been a little while since we’ve shared a goat update, so here’s a little joy from the herd today 🐐Everyone is doing great out here at Little Slice of Heaven Homestead. The boys are full of personality as always… and Patches decided to put himself in “timeout” which just so happens to be the feeder 😂 Life out here is simple, sometimes muddy, often loud, but always full of lessons and laughter. We’re grateful for these moments and for each of you who follow along with our homestead journey.Hope y’all are doing well. Much love from A lil slice of heaven homestead 🤍
