Aristocrat Alpacas Welcome to a joyous sustainable lifestyle! We are a small alpaca ranch located outside Parker, Colorado on
36 beautiful and peaceful acres.

Mike is a retired Marine having served our country for nearly 23 years in multiple
locations around the world. Sylvia is the ranch manager and is engaged in the
day-to-day animal husbandry and the joy of working with our beloved herd. Together we are dedicated to providing a top-quality genetic breeding program. Contact us for a tour of our ranch.

If you are interested in taking any of these animals, please reach out to us. The only cost to you would be transport and CVI if needed. The list of our alpacas is below.

Well, Shearing Day 2018 is officially in the history books. Many thanks to our shearer - Paul Smith and his headsmen. Also many, many thanks to our great friends who came over to support - Connie & Jeff Mullen, Carol Robinson, Abe, Nick, Jim Po***ck, Kevin White, Bonnie Holzshue, and Anne. Thanks to you all we were able to run 2 stations and finish in relatively short time.

We sent Marco Polo and Sofie in for Produce of Dam and won. This has truly been a great show for us. Also, a big shout out and thanks to Rael and Emile Reddick for taking and showing our animals.

We just got word that our little white girl, Tessora, took a ribbon. That's seven animals sent, all placed and we got 3 blue ribbons!

Wow. The last five days have been beyond outstanding. I spent last Friday through yesterday with some great people and a very patient instructor at the Denver School of Metal Arts learning silversmithing. I'll post pictures of the pendant and earings I made this evening. Then I got to come home each night to my wife and our alpacas. It doesn't get much better than that. Saturday evening, after cutting, bending and soldering silver, we had some great friends over for dinner to discuss alpacas, shows and life. They helped bring things back into focus for me. I had somewhat lost sight of what Sylvia and I got into the alpaca business for -- the Lifestyle. When you can come home in the evening, visit your alpacas and have them come up and nuzzle you, life just doesn't get much better.
