In Parker, off Lincoln Ave and Jordan Rd, we tried El Huerto Mexican Restaurant. We wanted to support and show neighborly love!

You get free chips plus salsa and bean dip. I really liked the bean dip. I asked Rafeal on their staff for their best item, and he said they have a few. The Chicken and Bean Supreme Burrito is one of them! It was tasty and hearty. El Huerto Mexican Restaurant is a family run business.

Go support them if you’re in the Parker area. Their crossroads are Lincoln Ave and Jordan Rd.

We’re hurt because our sacred tea ceremony table was vandalized.

This table was made in Taiwan and it represents calmness and being centered. It’s meant to be a space for community, slow tea ceremonies, and making special memories.

Seeing our tea ceremony table vandalized felt like they tore away at our culture and identity.

We saw a performance from Mudra Dance Studio when we catered at Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell!

Namita Khanna Nariani, founder of Mudra Dance Studio, taught us that each region of India has their own style of celebrating, coming together, and doing community dances.
