Our Green Chili Story
We have finally launched our Green Chili, originating generations ago from the San Luis Valley, Colorado. We use Colorado-grown products whenever possible and include fresh fire roasted chilies, fresh beef, pork, citrus, and authentic spices. It's been a family favorite to bring to parties & potlucks. Made fresh to order. Enjoy Colorado Green Chili served over hash browns, biscuits, or french fries with eggs (family favorite), burritos, tamales, over rice, in tortillas, as a dip with chips, burgers, green chili dogs, or a multitude of other combinations. If you're *insane*, try the "Hot" Green Chili! Fresh-made guacamole available. Bring along to a party to share or keep it all for yourself!
