Fresh batch of Blueberry Jam

All day process...
Begins with slow cooking the blueberries and pectin for 3-4 hours.
Then wash and sterilize jar, lids, and rings.
Then puree in the food processor.
Bring to boil and add sugar.
Cook, while frequently stirring until it's 220 °F, which takes about 20 minutes or so.
Ladel into jars. Wipe rims. Put on lids and rings.
Put in water bath. Bring to boil at 212 °F, which takes about 30-40 minutes.
Boil jars for 10 minutes.
Remove jars. Let sit until fully cooled and lids pop, which takes about 12 hours.
Check all seals. Then label.
