Corey’s Sugar Shack and Justus Asthalter Maple Syrup, Inc. are excited to host our second annual Homemade Maple Syrup Contest during the Ulster County Fair, August 4–9!

Entries will be judged on taste, clarity, and brix by Bryan Boyes, son and owner of 5th-generation maple producer Justus Asthalter Maple Syrup.

To enter, participants must submit two 8 oz. glass bottles of homemade maple syrup.
