Dont forget, all we do is grass fed and grass finished Waygu beef!
1/4 will yield roughly 100-150lb of meat to put in your freezer. $6.20/lb on the hanging weight. No custom cutting cutting on quarters, I will do my best to pair your quarter with another being cut similar, but there will be give and take on the cutting instructions.
1/2 will yield roughly 200-300lb of meat to out in your freezer. $5.95/lb on the hanging weight. Custom cutting is available.
