For everyone with an Instagram account, we have officially launched ours at shady_spring_farm_. I'll be posting general announcements, as well as some fine photography of our lovely animals and scenery. Happy Holidays!

We are currently taking orders for beef and lamb. We have 3/4 of a steer that will be ready early January. We are selling in halves and quarters at $3.50/pound of hanging weight plus butcher fees.

The lambs will be ready in late January and early February. They are $5 per pound of hanging weight plus butcher fees.

These are pasture raised animals. No growth enhancers or antibiotics have been given to the animals, and no herbicides or pesticides are used in the pasture.
