We are not open for farm tours, weddings, or events at this time due to COVID-19, but keep an eye on our events tab to be notified of our local pop-up events!

Pictures from the road 😎 The pups have been the best travel buddies, and I’m especially proud of how well Mezcal has handled his first ever road trip.

I completed an earthen building workshop with The Mojave Center in the middle of the Sonoran desert (video to come), visited towns I’ve never seen before, looked at property, and enjoyed some of the most beautiful landscapes our country has to offer. All with my two furry besties along for the ride. We’re headed back to the sunshine state now, but the desert will forever have my heart. Can’t wait to make AZ our permanent home. 💜 🌵🏜️

Infinitely grateful to be spending time on the road with these two. Right now we’re making a stop in Texas on our way to Arizona. Tonight the boys and I are going to stargaze in these seats at our awesome vacation rental and enjoy an unobstructed view of the stars. 🤩 Do you think we’ll finally see some UFOs? 👽✨

Mezcal is officially home forever. I finalized his adoption paperwork yesterday at friendsofstrays 💜 Mezcal was born with congenital deformities of his kneecaps and was facing potential euthanasia, but the amazing rescuers at Friends of Strays stepped in and poured all their love and resources into him. Please consider donating to their rescue efforts if you have the resources to do so. I can’t thank them enough for all they did for this little guy.

Mezzy is just a puppy and has spent the entirety of his short life in a shelter, until now. 😍 His rescuers at FOS took amazing care of him, but were all overjoyed that he’s found his forever family. He’s a special pup and he deserves an extra special life. Welcome home Mezcal.

Thank you so much to Hanks Bark Box for this wheelchair donation for Mezcal! 💜 Mezzy is going to need a few chairs as he grows, and this small cart is absolutely perfect for him to start with!

Hanks Bark Box is a free pet food pantry in South St Pete, and does so much for our local community.

I got to see my wonderful friends at Ladybug Farm again this week and drop off some more mobility carts for their adorable rescue babies! Ladybug Farm is one of the best non-profits I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. They are currently providing care for a very special new intake (first slide) and they could really use some donations right now.

LBF is a 501c3 non-profit and any donations to them are tax deductible. Give them a follow to see more of the awesome work they do for our Tampa Bay community. 💜🐐

Meet Mezcal. If you’ve watched our IG stories the last few weeks, you already know that I’ve been fostering this special little guy for friendsofstrays . Mezcal has congenital deformities in both hind legs and the medical team at FOS has been working nonstop to improve his quality of life as much as possible.

Once he is medically cleared, Mezcal will become a permanent member of the misfit brigade, and he will move to the desert with us. How fitting that his name comes from an agave plant that thrives in desert environments. I think it was meant to be. 😉🏜️

I love these pictures. I took them years ago while working a Saturday market with the pups. I used to let the dogs nap in the merch wagon while I worked the table. I can still remember this day vividly. Even though it was early summer in Florida, there was a nice breeze that still made it feel like spring. Charlie and Rocky loved it.

I still miss Charlie so much it hurts, but seeing old pictures of him are finally starting to bring me more fondness than grief. I’m very grateful for that.

We’ve been welcoming two new family members to our household over the last several months. “Potato” and “Monica” (formerly “Lentil”) were part of the Vegetable Stew litter I found back in September. Their brother was adopted to a wonderful family, and Potato and Monica were pre-adopted to forever homes as well. However, life and the economy have been pretty rough lately, and the girls’ forever families found themselves ultimately unable to complete the adoption process (for very understandable reasons). So now Monica and Potato have become forever residents here at the farm and we couldn’t be happier.

These two girls have brought an immense amount of joy and laughter into the household, and have even made a cat-person out of my boyfriend. The last picture is of them watching a scary movie from his lap. 😂

The rest of the gang has accepted the new kittens…except for Squirrelly. She has decided that she absolutely despises Potato and their daily hijinks will be posted on here soon so you can all enjoy the drama as well. 😂

I took Bean to see the Pink Houses in downtown St Pete today before they’re demolished. What an awesome collaborative effort of so many talented local artists!
