"I wanted to recognize one of your employees, Ronnie.
Yesterday, Ronnie was running a little later than usual with his deliveries. As he was making the walk up our driveway with our water bottles, he noticed our empty trash can sitting by the road. Without being asked, he grabbed that too & brought it up to the house with him.
It may seem like such a small thing, but it wasn't. Ronnie was already doing his job, hauling a heavy load of water up our driveway, & he certainly didn't need to add our trash can to the trip. He simply saw something he could do to make someone else's day a little easier, & he did it.
