Opening my bone broth and drinking it today 🥣
I’m making it a point to have one every day.

This batch came out a little more liquidy than I wanted—next time I’ll just use less water and that’s totally okay. It’s still slightly jiggly when cold (hello collagen), still packed with nutrients, and still so good for you.

First try doesn’t have to be perfect. Just start.

Slowly eliminate little things, not everything at once. Once eating at home becomes normal, meal prep makes it easier — and saves your sanity. Progress > perfection.
