Brashly is located in the heart of Anderson Valley in Philo, CA. They source the majority of our fruit from their 10 acres of Pinot Noir grapes from Brashey’s Hacienda Sequoia and Bevel Vineyards. Additionally, Brashly also make a wine made from grapes that are hand harvested in the Finger Lakes in New York.

The grapes are organically farmed with dry-farming practices and vertical shoot positioning.

The Berta winery, located on the border of two famous grape growing regions: the Monferrato and Langhe, has been a family run winery for seven generations since its founding in 1842. 10 ha of vineyards are owned and are located within 100m of the cellar. Thanks to the diverse characteristics of the soil, various varieties of grape can be grown: the red Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Brachetto and white Cortese and Moscato. The winery is currently run by Paolo Berta along with his wife, Ksenia.

Eden Ciders is passionate about the quality of flavor that comes from unique apple varieties grown by local, small-scale orchards in Vermont. They produce a wide range of ciders, from driest to sweetest, with different methods of production, using single varieties and blends. Consistent through everything they do is a commitment to supporting small-scale family orchards, to the use of holistic and regenerative orcharding practices, and to rare tannic and heirloom apple varieties grown expressly for cider making. You can taste the fantastic fruit character of these apples in our cider.

Eden Ciders was founded in 2007 by Eleanor & Albert Leger when they purchased an abandoned dairy farm in West Charleston and made an experimental batch of Ice Cider in the basement of their home. The Parrish family has deep roots in the Paso Robles area. Earl Henderson is David Parrish’s grandfather and was one of the first people to plant in Atascadero pre-Prohibition. In the 1920s, Henderson planted 500 acres and managed approximately 740 acres of wine grapes including Alicante, Charbon, Petite Sirah, and Zinfandel. The Zinfandel cuttings were purchased from the famed Paderewski Ranch. Henderson grew grapes through the beginning of Prohibition and then got into the golf course business. After growing up hearing stories of his grandfather, David Parrish wanted to see if he had the same green thumb. Parrish graduated from U.C. Davis in 1974 and continued his passion for grape growing by founding a vineyard trellising company, A&P Ag Structures. It caught the attention of Napa’s Robert Mondavi and soon Parrish developed and installed trellising for his vineyards as well as for other renown wineries such as Beringer. About two decades later, Parrish wanted to come back to the Central Coast to continue his grandfather’s passion of growing grapes here where it all started. The first vintage was produced in 2004, and today the Parrish family manages more than 150-acres in the Paso Robles area. Truly a family run winery, winemaker David Parrish is often pouring in the tasting room, his daughter and General Manager Cecily Parrish Ray bakes fresh bread in the commercial kitchen and Cecily’s husband, Ethan Ray, is the Cellar Master and Assistant Vineyard Manager working alongside David.

Meet Five & 20 Spirits & Brewing🥃

The Five & 20 approach to spirits is focused on master blending and barreling. Distiller, Joe Nelson, blends multiple components to achieve a consistent and complex whiskies. For example, the Rye is made by blending two different locally-sourced grain bills: one that is rye and malted rye, and the other comprised of rye and malted barley. A small batch approach is used for the Rye Whiskey and Bourbon and across the product-line a range of barrel cooperages and sizes are used (up to 53 gallons).

Blending across the grain bills, cooperages, and barrel sizes, along with Nelson’s masterful technique of barreling down different proofs per barrel size and adjusting his still cuts accordingly, allows the Five & 20 team to blend in more complexity to our whiskies.

In 2022, their Straight Bourbon was named as one of Top 100 Spirits.

Five & 20 Spirits are grown, aged and bottled in their Westfield, New York facility.
