Today we celebrate the country that made room for possibility — the place where our parents could arrive with hope, work with dignity, build a future, and watch the next generation thrive.

For us, America is not an abstract idea. It is the opportunity to dream bigger than where you started. It is the FREEDOM TO WORK HARD, take risks, create something of your own, and pass along something better.

We are deeply grateful for this country, for the sacrifices that built it, and for the promise it still holds: that with faith, grit, and perseverance, so much is possible.

Happy Birthday to Varinder Sahi — the heartbeat and leader of Copia.

Some people walk into a room and take up space. Varinder walks in and brings light.

He leads with strength, but never without compassion. He works harder than most people will ever see, carries more than most people will ever know, and still somehow finds a way to show up with generosity, humor, and heart.

Copia is what it is because of his vision, his grit, his discipline, and his refusal to do anything halfway. He doesn’t just lead from the front — he lifts everyone around him while he does it.

Today we celebrate the man behind so much of the magic: the leader, the dreamer, the builder, the protector, the force.

One of our favorite parts of each vintage is this stage right here — sitting down together, tasting through the components, exchanging ideas, and starting to see the wines come to life.

We’re beginning to concept the Copia blends for the 2025 vintage, and it’s always exciting to watch a new story start to unfold. There’s still a long road ahead, but these early moments matter. They set the tone for everything to come.🍷
