Your favorite Paso Robles dinner spot is up for some pretty exciting honors! 🍝🍷

Cello Ristorante & Bar has been nominated in quite a few categories, including Best Date Night Spot, Best Fine Dining Restaurant, and Best Italian Restaurant, in The Tribune’s Best of the Central Coast competition!

And while we’re thrilled to be recognized, what we love most is creating the experiences behind those nominations.

The handmade pastas, beautifully prepared entrées, exceptional w**es, and cocktails. The warm glow of the dining room, the beauty of the courtyard, and the kind of attentive hospitality that makes an ordinary evening feel like an occasion.

Italian horsepower meets Italian-inspired hospitality. 🇮🇹🏎️

Last month, we had the pleasure of welcoming a spectacular group of Ferrari owners to Allegretto for a weekend that brought together two worlds with a shared appreciation for craftsmanship, beauty, and the finer details.

From a stunning lineup of Ferraris arriving against the backdrop of our vineyards to **es and an evening celebration beneath the olive trees, it was a weekend worth remembering. ✨

There’s something special about seeing these incredible machines alongside the architecture and landscapes of . Different expressions of artistry, brought together in one beautiful place.

To our Ferrari guests, thank you for making Allegretto part of your journey through Paso Robles. It was a pleasure hosting you. 🥂

October sits in that beautiful in-between… the pace of summer has faded, the days are getting shorter, and the fullness of the holiday season is just around the corner.
