Thank you for having us at your inaugural Gen Z focused tasting and we made so many new friends that we hope enjoyed themselves and the wine as much as we did. Honor Flight was an honor to be a part of. This Central Coast non-profit takes veterans to Washington DC to pay tribute to their service.

Ahhh refreshing hard heirloom apple cider made from the trees right here at the Kentucky Ranch in Paso Robles.

Thacher Winery produces a small-batch, 100% estate-grown hard cider known as the Kentucky Ranch Cider. Crafted in small quantities from heirloom apples, it features a dry, refreshing profile with notes of apple blossom, warm cinnamon, and clove, clocking in at 8.2% ABV. The cidermaking process uses roughly 60% sweet apples for sugar and body, and 40% bittersweet/bitter apples for tannin and texture. The juice is basket-pressed, given a long, cool fermentation, and bottled unfiltered and unfined.

Memorial Day is upon us and that means it’s Rosé season! Our ‘25 Cinsault Rosé is bright, lean with just 10.2% abv and no added water, or acid. It’s full of fresh strawberries, melon and a minerality for balance. It’s PERFECT chilled for summer and a whole bunch of friends! Happy Memorial Day!

Well done Paso! What a fantastic day of great wines and even better people. So fun to see everyone happy and enjoying a beautiful day on the central coast.
