Chef Blute has been
a Chef de Cusine/ Executive Chef for the past 25 years. Chef Blute began cooking
while he was still attending College in San Luis Obispo, Ca. Many of the restaurants
he started in no longer exist but the best are still thriving. Chef for 12 years at Buona Tavola restaurante in San luis Obispo, under the wing
of Chef owner Antonio Varia, Blute went on to finish his degree in 2

D Design
but the fast pace of the kitchen and the need to create drew him back. Blute
starting this catering business in 2006, just as the economy was ready to tank. Once again, Chef Blute is back in the restaurant kitchen as Chef di Cusine at Novo in
San Luis Obispo for a year followed by a year and a half as Executive Chef at
Robin's in Cambria. All the while Chef Blute continued to be active as an artist,
creating menus and writing recipes for publications such as
"Taste of the South West" magazine and "805" Living.

Three different types of cheese. My new favorite additions to the plate,honey comb, smoked paprika, no salt seasoning, basil, and lemon zest. We ate the whole thing and I never had the same bite twice. It's also fun to make bites for your a special person you are sharing it with. Best cheese plate I've ever had.
