What’s on hand can be enough for a great quick meal. Here’s what happened tonight:

✔️Dubost Olive Oil
✔️The last of a tub of cherry tomatoes
✔️last half of a yellow pepper
✔️Everything bagel seasoning
✔️last half of a block of Feta
Baked at 400. 25 minutes.

Tossed with cooked red lentil pasta from the sale rack at S&F.

Topped with rescued living basil from a Pizza weekend at the w**ery and growing in a pot on my front porch. Drizzled with more Dubost olive oil and a little flake salt.
