Seven Oxen Estate Wines is a boutique winery in Paso Robles' tranquil Westside. Check back with us soon for an official opening date.

Our brand new winery and tasting room is now open and you can come and taste all of our amazing 100% estate wines. Our brand new winery and tasting room will be opening on Ramada Drive in Paso Robles in early 2018.

We’re very proud to see Bastien featured in the Fall issue of Edible San Luis Obispo, sharing a little more of the story and philosophy behind his work at Seven Oxen.

“Winemaker” has never quite captured the whole of what Bastien does here. There is an incredible amount of thought, patience and humility behind his work. Bastien has spent years caring for Seven Oxen’s vineyard as a living ecosystem and allowing what happens here each season to guide what happens in the cellar.

And he is never quite satisfied with simply maintaining the status quo. Even after years of farming our vineyard organically, Bastien continues to look for ways to do better by the land. His latest pursuit is moving Seven Oxen toward Regenerative Organic Certified® (ROC) farming, continuing to evolve how we care for the vineyard and the ecosystem around it.

We’re grateful for the care he gives our property, for the beautiful wines that come from it, and for his constant curiosity and commitment to making Seven Oxen better.

We’re out at the Paso Robles Wine Fest today celebrating our community, the wineries, and all the amazing sponsors who make this event happen!

If you can’t make it to the festival, we’ll also be pouring downtown at the Seven Oxen tasting room all day long.

We’ll be keeping the celebration going with extended hours until 7 PM tonight. Come say hi!

Our tasting room on 13th Street will also be open for walk-ins all weekend, and on Saturday we’ll be extending our hours until 7 PM for anyone downtown Paso after the event. We’d love to see you!

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news with you!
This spring, we’ll be opening the doors to our new tasting room in downtown Paso Robles.

We couldn’t be more excited about this next chapter, and can’t wait to welcome you into a new space that reflects where we’re headed. More details — including our grand opening date — will be coming soon, so stay tuned!

In the meantime, our Ramada tasting room will remain open through the end of February. We’d love for you to stop by and visit us there before we make the move.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We’re thrilled for what’s ahead, and to begin this new chapter together in our new downtown space.
