We didn't design one experience and replicate it here at Jada. We built a handful of very different spaces on the same Paso Robles hillside, because no two reasons for visiting Jada are ever quite the same.

Come for a casual afternoon and settle onto the Tree House deck, tucked into the oak grove with the vines rolling out below. Come for a celebration and claim a private alcove in the Grove for our new Empire tasting. Come with friends who'd rather linger, and the Bowery Garden is yours: with a chef-crafted picnic, an open bottle, and an afternoon with no clock on it.

At Jada, when we say we're family-friendly, we mean it. Everyone is invited. Here, kids explore our organically farmed estate alongside their parents, and their own custom Jada kids' bag is stocked with activities and snacks to make the afternoon their own.

While the grown-ups settle in for a guided tasting on the deck overlooking the Willow Creek District, the little ones have everything they need to enjoy the estate at their own pace.

Every vine here has a story. Ours starts in 1999. That's the year our vineyard was first planted, 55 rolling acres, eight different Rhône, Bordeaux, and heirloom varieties, set on a high-elevation slope in Paso Robles' Willow Creek District.

In 2014, we made the decision to farm organically. By 2022, that commitment became official with Certified Organic status across our 95-acre estate. More than two decades later, this remarkable slope in Willow Creek continues to shape every vintage we produce.

At Jada, every bottle begins with grapes from a single estate, organically farmed, patiently tended, and shaped by the limestone hills of Paso Robles' Willow Creek District. Luxury isn't excess - it's restraint. Small lots and an obsession with getting every detail right.

August on the Central Coast looks and feels like Tuscany, but we like to think it tastes distinctly "Paso"—sun-ripened fruit, bright open skies, and a long finish to each day.

By now, the hills of Paso Robles have turned gold while the vineyard remains a vibrant green. It's a reminder that the vines are entering one of summer's most important growing periods.

Long, sun-soaked afternoons build intensity. Cool Pacific nights preserve freshness. Limestone soils beneath every row add character and complexity. It's the "Mediterranean rhythm" our Rhône varieties thrive in.

Every warm day and every cool night is quietly shaping the wines you'll be uncorking a few years from now.

Every day at Jada, something quietly extraordinary is happening.

It might be a first-time guest discovering the Tree House, tucked into the hillside among the oaks, or a small group settling into the Oak Lounge as the fire pits warm up and the light turns golden over the vines. Rosé is a wine of precision.

Grown here on our estate in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles, our Rosé is farmed with one goal in mind: balance. We harvest early, at lower sugar levels, to preserve the brightness and varietal character that ripeness alone can't give you. It allows the minerality of our estate soils to come through in the glass.

The result is a wine with real tension: crisp acidity, fresh fruit, and the distinct fingerprint of the ground it's grown in. Pour a glass and taste it for yourself.
