We strive to produce fine varietal and blended wines and to sell them at a reasonable price. With the hope of maintaining distinction between each of our offerings, it is a goal to prevent cross-blending in order to keep our varietal wines 100% pure and true to the grape's nature. Careful attention to this point stays with us as we develop our blended wines. There is a lot of room for differences in good wine and we try to cover a broad spectrum for our own enjoyment and that of our customers.

Spectrum Blanc...a unique white wine made completely with red grapes! It's made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. Pressing the juice off of the skins right away eliminates the color of a red wine. Come by to try it out for yourself 🍷🍷🍷
