Rêves De Moutons Located in Paso Robles wine country, our sustainable micro farm incorporates hospitality with artisan cheeses and grass fed sheep stock.

Rêves de Moutons is a small family farmstead in the heart of California's Central Coast Paso Robles wine community. We raise Nubian goats and East Friesian sheep for milk production to produce our farmstead cheeses. We shear our sheep once a year for their wool and produce humanly raised meat from both the sheep and goats. We also offer retro style RVs for guests to stay on our farm while visiting beautiful Paso Robles.

Our Story

Rêves de Moutons began with a dream. In that dream, we imagined driving down a country dirt road; passing ancient oak trees, open pastures, vineyards, and olive orchards. At the end of this road, we’d find a peaceful farm among rolling hills. This dream soon become a reality. Rêves de Moutons is an inn, farm, and fromagerie complete with retro-style campers (Petit Suites) that are designed for an intimate retreat or gathering with friends and family. A stay at our farm in Paso Robles wine country will be a unique experience you'll remember for many years to come.Rêves de Moutons is a small family farmstead in the heart of Central California's Paso Robles, wine community. We are currently raising Boer Goats for meat sales, Finnish Landrace for meat and wool sales. We are also developing farmstead cheeses which will soon be available commercially. Finally, we are building individual cottages to stay on our farm while visiting beautiful Paso Robles.
