We are longtime fans of these crispy and tasty grissini. You can wrap these breadsticks with cheese and salami or dip them in burrata. They are great just plain with your aperitivo! I always keep a few packages on hand and bring on as a hostess gift.

I am a cottage home baker who loves eating cake. Cake doesn’t love me though I experience digestive discomfort to put it mildly with anything that I eat with flour in it. I have tried many American flours- small farmed, organic,gluten free all of them upset my digestion. Then I tried Molina Grassi all purpose Italian flour and suddenly I can eat cookies and cakes again without digestion issues. I have also used this for my clients that have gluten sensitivities- they report no issues. I am switching to this flour- it is so sad that in America our food products cause so many health problems!
