Here’s my favorite simple recipe for French Fries at home. I could quite literally eat an entire plate of these in one sitting. Not to brag or anything. If you try it let me know!

Ingredients:
2-3 Russet Potatoes
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Garlic Powder
Directions:

1. Wash and Slice up potatoes
2. Place in salted water for 30 minutes
3. Pat Dry
4. Season and Bake 375 at for 20 minutes. Then bake at 425 for another 20 minutes
5. Season with a little bit more salt and enjoy

If you know me (or already follow me on here), you know my two passions are cooking and food styling. Allow me to reintroduce myself! I'm Samantha Lee, the creator behind ReaLee Board. When I'm not posting on here or working at my 9-5, you can find me testing out recipes in my kitchen, binge watching the Food Network or having a glass of Sauv Blanc. Sometimes all 3 at once.

My love for cooking and curating food aesthetics has been something I’ve always had an interest in however, it was not until the lockdown during 2020 that I really got the time to further explore this interest. You could say I was really bored (pun intended).
