Sfizi of the week .. Grilled Artichoke Focaccia , grilled garlic, whipped herb butter ( I think I need to sell this in containers ) topped with whipped ricotta …This tastes like a when you dip bread in warm artichoke dip … OMG .. I’ll have this all week. Menu for Thursday is posting up tomorrow morning.

Vivienne is amazing!!! I’m able to add to the menu tomorrow.. Focaccia addition to the menu , pancetta fig jam and hot honey also garlic and Calabrian chili focaccia with olives. Lastly, one of your favorites for Dad…. Chocolate Chip Sea Salt cookies. 🍪see you at 10 am

Sourdough Chocolate Chip Sea Salt Cookies are huge today. Just a friendly reminder 48 hours till we celebrate all the Dads out there. I’ll be making plenty of Bread , Cinnamon Buns, Crumbcake etc….
