We are back at Moore Farm Market this weekend!
Come grab an iced coffee or lemonade (sorry no kombucha this week)! We have tons of goat milk soap back in stock, goat milk lotion and our famous caramels! See you in booth 5 tomorrow!

Everything is seasonal….

And just like that…it’s rut season! Walked out this evening and the head buck is happy with his ladies and the other two I might have to split up bc they are trying to kill each other.

What does this mean for the dairy? Well our hope was to have milk year round. I am going to have the vet come pregnancy check some does and hopes we will have Thanksgiving/Christmas Babies which means milk for you guys sooner.
That’s the good news.

The bad news; we were hoping to offer milk year round this year. Unfortunately that wasn’t in God’s plan and that’s okay. We will continue to offer milk to our customers as long as possible but this year we will probably shut down operations for a few weeks till our babies arrive.

For now though; we will continue to offer raw milk and raw milk products till the last girl is done milking for the season. So still come get your milk and milk products. I just don’t know how long it’ll be for.

Our off season products will still be available: goat milk caramels (we freeze the milk for storage for our caramels) goat milk fudge and of course all our goat milk skin care products. All our coffees, teas, kombucha, cider and hot cocoa will be available. (Need a gourmet hot cocoa bar for the holidays? Message me!)

We will also have Calvary Hill Farms and Black Rabbit Bakery opening this fall with produce, baked goods, farm goods, etc.

And of course we have something huge in the works for Pauls Valley and hopefully much of South Central Oklahoma! Stay tuned to find out what it is!

Something new and exciting is coming not just to Cafe LM Dairy and Calvary Hill Farm, but to Paul’s Valley, Oklahoma! Stay tuned to see what it is,
For now though, Cafe LM Dairy and Black Rabbit Bakery has reached into Italy and had this shipped to our farm. Imported flour from Italy!
Why? Great question!
Because American flour is no longer flour. It’s the leftovers after companies strip the nutrients to feed to livestock. “Gluten intolerance” just like “milk allergies” are skyrocketing.
But Italian flour is nutritious safe and most people with an intolerance can eat Italian flour. (Ask my husband if you don’t believe me.)
So what does this mean for you?
Black Rabbit Bakery and Cafe LM Dairy is bringing sourdough made with imported flour to you.
Please though, understand that our prices for our imported flour baked goods is much higher. Italian flours come in at 4xs the cost of regular flour. We are working with a distributer to see how we can bring the cost down.
