Good afternoon!

We are open this week per usual from 3-7p Wednesday-Friday & 9-3p Saturday-Sunday, and we have gorgeous flowers for bouquets and plenty of veggies and herbs!

Veggies this week are:

Radishes
Green Beans
Celery
Leeks
Cabbages
Artichokes
Kale
Salad Mix
Zucchini, Summer, and Patty Pan Squash
Bell, Shish*to, and Anaheim Hot Peppers
Cucumbers
Asian & Italian Eggplant
Carrots
Red & White Onions
Shallots
Slicing & Cherry Tomatoes

In addition to the norm, we have aquired two hives and we will have honey next year after they acclimate and winter over! 🐝🐝🐝 We are very excited for our new farm members.

Welp.

The 40% forecast turned into 100% 🌧

We are here until 7p, and hopefully it clears in a bit.

In the meantime, we wanted to post that we will be closed the 17th - 22nd to enjoy some family time before the kiddos go back to school.

We will be open the 23rd and into September and October. 😊 We are looking forward to a little break, and we will see you this weekend!

It's nice to have a break from the humidity of last weekend and enjoy the nice breeze. We've been working hard on clearing out beds for fall succession planting and upkeep on the tomatoes that have started coming in at a faster pace. 🍅🥰

Our onions have cured and we have red, white, and a long Florence type of shallot.

These temperatures are much appreciated on the farm. Especially with the nice breeze! 😌

We've harvested leeks and packaged up our cured garlic this week to add to the celery, peppers, eggplant, cabbages, kale, fennel, string beans, rhubarb, squash, zucchini, cucumbers, and tomatoes! 😊

Our zinnias, amaranth, and celosia are looking lovely in bouquets as well.

Good afternoon!

The rain came a little sooner than expected, but we are grateful for it on the farm! 🌧🌱

We got most of our chores done before it started, and harvested the first of our artichokes, green beans, tomatoes, and celery. 😊

We still have plenty of:

- patty pan, summer squash, and zucchini
- shosh*to, anaheim hot, and bell peppers
- eggplant
- cucumbers
- rhubarb
- red and green cabbage
- radishes
- fennel
- broccoli
- kale
- salad mix
- flowers 🌸🏵🌼
- herbs

Our garlic is almost cured and will be ready next week, and we'll be pulling and curing our onions in the coming weeks.

We are excited to continue growing with you and for you throughout the summer! ☀️
