An underrated part of this job is getting to marvel at your own mad science šŸ¤£.
We have a few greenhouses now of course, but this little 10 by 20 foot is by far my favorite. It was the first one I built when we bought this place, right at the start of Covid. It's made of cattle panels and pallets, and largely other recycled materials. Fully plumbed and wired for 120 and 240, and originally featured a cheap woodstove by the illustrious brand Mr. BBQ, which has since been removed. At the time, it was a huge step in our journey.
She's seen a few upgrades over the years but this is still where all our seeds are germinated and fostered before they graduate to the bigger greenhouses. It serves as a daily reminder of what we set out to do, a humble reinforcement of our ambition, and a hilarious sight to behold. It made me laugh today for sure.
