Come see us today Dorset Farmer's Market! We are stocked back up with beef and the table will be full of fresh maple. We have all your maple treats for your Easter baskets next Sunday as the mkt and JK Adams Kitchen Store will be closed for the easter holiday.
I will be in and out doing maple things so see Carrie Anne if i am not there .

The 2026 maple season has officially begun! 🍁🔥

Yesterday we had our first boil of the year, and around here in Vermont that’s a big deal. While Bob is back in the sugarhouse keeping everything going, Jess Wood and Carrie are holding down the Wood Family Maple Products booth today at the Dorset Farmer's Market.

You can find us at JK Adams Co. from 10–2, stocked with maple goodness from the farm. Our booth is right in front of the music, so it might just be the best seat in the house while the River Valley Mountain Boys play today! 🎶

Stop by, say hello, and help us celebrate the start of another maple season.

Feeling especially grateful today. 💛

As a fourth-generation Pawlet farm family, we want to say thank you to our friends, neighbors, and customers, those who have supported us for decades, and those we’re meeting for the very first time. Your support is what keeps our farm growing, caring for the land, and feeding our community year after year.

We’ll be at the Dorset Farmer's Market today with our award winning pure Vermont maple syrup, candy and cream, Pawlet grass-fed beef, along with fresh eggs from our very spoiled hens, and I’ll be smiling extra big thanks to a visit from the Pawlet Santa (proof in the photo that I am on the nice list 😉).

I’m also looking forward to being set up across from our tunes master Gus Bloch, who’s MC’ing the day and keeping the festivities merry and bright. Between the music, the market, and the community, it’s a perfect reminder of why we love doing this work.
We’re also deeply thankful to JK Adams Co. and H.N. Williams Store for welcoming us season after season and helping make our producer-only, year-round market possible.

Thank you for supporting local farms, local food, and the families behind it, we’re so grateful to share this season with you. 🍁🐄🥚🎶

We’re excited to bring **Wood Family Maple Products** to the Local Maverick Holiday Bazaar at The Equinox tomorrow, November 29th from 11am–3pm!

We’ll have our pure Vermont maple syrup and maple specialties made right here on our family farm in Pawlet. It’s always a joy to share the flavors we love with our community and to meet friends—old and new—during such a festive weekend.

If you’re celebrating Small Business Saturday in Manchester, stop by for local shopping, delicious samples, holiday cheer, and a wonderful gathering of Vermont makers. We’d love to see you!
