I was up really late last night, or was it this morning, creating, and I am coming to the Arlington Village Farmers Market with something new today.

Introducing.....Carrot Cake Jam!

Yes, there are carrots in there, and pears and pineapple and lots of yummy warm spices. Sorry, no icing included but I bet it would be incredible on a cream cheese bagel!

Today is jam making day! For those of you asking about dark chocolate strawberry jam I have a batch in the pot right now. Only enough berries and balsamic for one batch but that leaves enough berries for a batch of strawberry margarita jam next!

Prepping for markets this week. Coming in with 3 new flavors: Peony, Red Clover ( the VT state flower), and the ever popular strawberry. Not enough berries to sell them but plenty for jam! If you are interested in the Wild Violet jelly we will have some at market but are running low on stock, when it is gone we will not have it back until next spring, so get it while you can! The peonies pictured were used to create that lovely pink jelly. I know, I am a monster, but it is delicious! If I find some more time this week we will have White Clover jelly. If I get more strawberries it will be Strawberry Margarita jam next. If not this week the, hopefully next! Hope to see you at the market.
