We are grateful to have been nominated by our community for an award for our Recovery and Wellness Art Festival that we hosted in conjunction with OSU this last October. The Pawnee Revved up Car Show was part of this fundraising event.

We are beyond proud of the work our organization does to bring forth information, resources, and services to help those in need in our community.

We will continue to bridge the gaps in needed resources and services for pawnee and local surrounding areas.

That’s a wrap for this year! I want to thank all those who came out in the rain to support this benefit car show to help our local area food bank. We didn’t get as many pictures as we would have liked. Next year’s will be bigger and better🤩

Weather!! We aren’t seeing that the weather or rain will impact our car show. Many times these storms go around us and our community is gearing up to help get our community have a great car show and family festival . We hope you will come out. WE ARE NOT CANCELLING THE EVENT !! Come help us with our fundraising goals to help our local food bank!!

Gather your loved ones, chairs, and appetite for an entertaining day featuring live music, a car exhibition, chili tasting competition, pumpkin art, shopping marketplaces, food truck options, and aid our fundraising endeavors to assist the local food bank.

Have a cool car?? Bring it! Every car entered helps us as all entry fees goes towards the food bank. Only $10 a car.

There will be a cruise scheduled so we can see these cars in action.

With SNAP benefits ending on Nov 1. We are even more determined to weather the drizzle that may come on Saturday to make sure we can still bring in funds to help feed those families who are going to be in need at our local food bank.

So come join us! Come out and support our vendors who are still coming out to support this event. We will have three buildings available if we need to go inside to get out of the weather but it looks like after 3 pm it will slow.

Bring out your cars we still want to see them and enjoy them. Every entry of $10 goes towards our fundraising goals.

Our food trucks are still coming and we will have live music for you to enjoy.

We will have free hot dogs, chips and drinks for the kids.

The pawnee police department will have their bounce house set up.

Pawnee FFA will have a petting zoo set up and offering hayrides.

There will be hot chocolate, popcorn, many other treats available

We are doing a 50/50 raffle drawing 1/2 of this goes to fund the food bank and the other 1/2 will go to one or more winners so come help support this as well. Only $5 a ticket or 5 tickets for $20.

Update for the weather!! We are still at this point moving forward with our benefit car show and festival. We will have several buildings for people to step into if they need to. We will keep y’all updated if we move to a different location but at this point we are still planning to be downtown Pawnee. Please prepare for the rain. We have parking lots for you to park your trailers so that you can transport your beautiful cars🏁

We will have a coffee/tea truck and a hot chocolate stand to keep us warm with drinks as well as BBQ, Indian Tacos, Yummy Lemonade, Franks Food Shack, our schedule is still the same we just may be hunkered up at times in some of the buildings. We hope you will weather the storm to come support helping us feed our community anyways.

We will still have our pumpkin carving contest it just may take place inside instead of outside. And y’all know Oklahoma weather changes it’s mind from one day to the next. So get out your umbrellas and ponchos and come join us and support us in our fundraising efforts to help feed our community.
