Parajes del Valle

Murcia, Spain

Parajes del Valle is a place where you'll find special wines; unique, crafted with care. The winemaking process at this winery is inspired by a clear principle: respect for our environment. We know that only by nurturing the biodiversity of these lands will they yield their finest fruit. That's why we make organic wines: because we love the environment, and what we cherish should not be harmed. We leave our mark with every step we take. Others have left theirs before us. But retracing our steps doesn't mean erasing the traces of the past. On the contrary, it means respecting the history of these lands, with their past, their ancient roads, their Arab conquests and Christian reconquests. Everything that made these lands what they are today. With our work, treading the soil each day, we honor these historic vines. Vines that keep their secrets all year round, to reveal them each autumn at the harvest.

Esparto grass, like our vineyards, thrives in these arid and rugged landscapes. In places where other plants would struggle to survive, it adapts to the environment and proves useful to our people. Our landscapes are adorned with pine trees, rosemary, and thyme—the quintessential scrubland of the Iberian Peninsula. This natural environment lends its character to our wines, blending essences, nuances, and flavors that reflect our surroundings. A wine crafted by hand, thanks to the expertise passed down from generation to generation.

Cantine Brugnano

Sicily, Italy

At a very young age, brothers Francesco and Giuseppe Brugnano, resumed the path of wine: a family tradition over fifty years long. And they start again with a new vision, contemporary and dynamic, capable of shortening the distances between those who produce and those who consume. They are the protagonists of the "new era" Brugnano; two young people who belong to a new generation, proud of its roots, faithful to the value of a uniqueness to defend and protect. Located in Partinico, in North-Western Sicily, the vineyards are from 300 to 600 meters above sea level with mainly native grapes.

The Brugnano brothers' corporate vision has concrete roots: it starts in the family vineyards, cultivated with respect for nature, and continues with the aim of producing authentic wines that are faithful to the territory they belong to. The company follows each step with passion and dedication, up to and including dialogue with the consumer. A confidential and respectful approach, that of Brugnano, which communicates its uniqueness, naturally, without filters and maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.

2022 Brugnano "Black Hole" Nerello
Features an elegant ruby red color. On the palate, it delivers tart, bright flavors of red cherry, raspberry, crushed rocks, and subtle floral notes with a velvety, mineral finish.
100% Nerello Mascalese

C. Cassis
Rhinebeck, NY

Founded in 2020 by Rachael Petach in the Hudson Valley, just a few miles from where our blackcurrants are grown. A longtime hospitality pro, Rachael has always loved gathering people around good food and drink. In 2018, six months pregnant and uninspired by mocktails, she started crafting her own cordials in Brooklyn. Missing the cassis she’d sipped while WWOOFing in France, she began experimenting with blackcurrants—and quickly realized most U.S. Cassis was either overly sweet or stuck in the past. So, she made her own. C. Cassis was born in a kitchen, grew through a circle of friends, and now has a national following. Everything from the fermentation, blending and bottling is done by hand. C. Cassis is made in collaboration with responsible land stewards who grow regeneratively—ensuring the land and fruit thrive for a better, healthier drink.

Current Cassis Blackcurrant Spritz
A very good, not very sweet, sparkling blackcurrant aperitif. Made with only real ingredients. Our C. Cassis spritz brings together lightly fermented Hudson Valley blackcurrants, with vibrant botanicals, citrus peel, crisp seltzer, a touch of wild honey and nothing else.

MaraBela

Walla Walla, WA

MaraBela is a new premium non-alcoholic sparkling tea brand created by siblings Jesús Martínez Bujanda and Ana Martínez Bujanda, members of the family behind Bodegas Valdemar and Valdemar Estates. The project reflects their wine and food background, but was designed specifically as a 0.0% alcohol alternative for the dinner table. They wanted a beverage that could provide the same sense of occasion as opening a bottle of wine—something elegant, food-friendly, and celebratory—but without alcohol. They had experimented with alcohol-free wine, but felt it did not deliver the experience they were looking for. Inspired by premium sparkling teas they encountered in Europe, they began experimenting at home with cold-brewed tea and carbonation until they developed a formula they felt was genuinely satisfying.

MaraBela Wild Verbena Sparkling Non-Alcoholic Tea
A premium alcohol-free sparkling tea crafted from organic teas and botanicals. Fresh, aromatic, and beautifully textured — crafted to elevate meals and moments. MaraBela, the mindful way to celebrate and dine.

Mother's Milk

Philadelphia, PA

"As two native New Yorkers of Filipino + Puerto Rican descent, we know how to party. Over the years, we’ve picked up plenty of experience—and a few hard-earned lessons—on how to have a great time without wrecking ourselves in the process. Our secret? Coconut water!

For years, coconut water was a MUST on our list of necessities, especially when we knew alcohol was involved. We realized it was the coconut water that saves us from a (debilitating-cannot-get-out-of-bed) hangover, gives us a clean, uplifting buzz, all while fueling us with tons of hydrating electrolytes. We all love a little wellness - don’t we? Coconut water + Vodka became our GO-TO drink. In fact, we were even double-fisting vodka + coconut water because we knew HYDRATION IS KEY. Then, one hot Summer day in the Catskill mountains, we added some freshly harvested garden herbs to our coco + vodka and voilà! This combination of Mother Nature’s gifts gave us life. So we called it Mother's Milk."

Mother’s Milk Coconut Milk Cocktail

Franco Serra
Piedmont, Italy

Franco Serra is produced by the Sperone family who have been making affordable premium wines for four generations. In 1911, Antonio Sperone opened a small wine cellar in Torino where he crafted Vermouth and other fortified wines. Unsatisfied with the quality and price of the local wine, Antonio started his own winery in Puglia where land was inexpensive and produced good wine. He built a bottling facility in Torino and was soon able to offer his customers quality wines at prices everyone could afford. The business thrived and eventually Antonio’s grandson Giacomo opened a new facility in 1960 near Milan where he produced vermouth, sparkling wines, spirits and fine wines.

With the help of his sons Paolo and Antonio, the company grew quickly and achieved distribution throughout Italy and expanded into foreign markets. In 1983, the family purchased 75 acres of prime vineyards in Piedmont and built a new winery in the small town of Mombaruzzo just outside Monferrato. In 2006, brother and sister Andrea and Francesca became the 4th Sperone generation to join the company. Even as prices fetched for wines from this increasingly fashionable region continue to climb, the Sperone family proudly focuses on value. Franco Serra provides everyone with the opportunity to drink thoughtfully crafted, distinctive wines from Italy’s most renowned region.

Faccia Brutto Spirits

Brooklyn, NY

Faccia Brutto is a line of Italian-inspired liqueurs made by Patrick Miller, a former chef who worked in restaurants for 19 years before turning his attention to creating spirits that pay homage to traditional Italian recipes. Based in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, Patrick works with organic ingredients to make his amari; the Aperitivo contains three oranges’ worth of peels in each bottle, and the Fernet includes fresh peppermint in its list of botanicals for a fresh take on the typically bracing digestif. In addition to the Aperitivo and the Fernet Pianta, Patrick continues to work on a number of projects, including the botanical-driven Centerbe inspired by both the Abruzzi Centerbe and the French Chartreuse. Just as a chef would finish all dishes with a touch of salt, Patrick adds to salt to all the spirits prior to bottling round out all the botanicals and harmonize the sweet and bitter flavors.

Faccia Brutto Ca****fo
Ca****fo is made from a blend of 19 herbs and botanicals with neutral grain spirit from Buffalo, NY. They take fresh artichokes from the Central Coast in California and macerate them for 10 days alongside warm spices like cinnamon, allspice, and dandelion root. Lemon peel and bay leaf round out the blend that’s sweetened with organic cane sugar.
