It’s not a Sunday without an animal issue… but maybe it COULD have been a Sunday without an animal issue had Padraic not figured out how to unscrew the lid of the pig feed drum and eat til his heart’s content. 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️
Related: I’ve been catching up on season 4 of Clarkson’s Farm while attacking our laundry monster; thank you & crew for a fresh selection of colorful words to exclaim and mutter as I tended to the trail of destruction today 🤬🌈. There were a number of 🩸🌭’s dropped.
He’s medicated. My legs have bruises that (***oddly*** 🙄 )look like horns. I don’t know which one of us has more disdain for the other at this point.

All the woolies had their annual Naked Sheep Day with Carl yesterday. Many scratches were enjoyed following their de-fleecing and we have regained around 150% more space in loafing areas 💁‍♀️

Last night the rain brought with it the first lambs of the year…which was a surprise in itself given we didn’t think we bred last year 🙃. This little girl, twin #2 needed some reminders - front feet first!

Update: This morning he was found, snuggled up with the ponies 🤦🏼‍♀️
Our massive, registered Tamworth boar, Harry, went missing this afternoon/ early evening in the Augustaville / Sunbury end of the Irish Valley. I’m for certain he’s likely in our woods, in a food coma stuffed to the gills with fallen tree nuts, but if you see him, he’s just a big puppy dog. Please call 570-415-5691 with any sightings.
