When “menu testing” tastes like this… we know we’re on the right track.

Fresh snapper + shrimp, tossed with citrus and peak-season produce. It’s cool, vibrant, and exactly what early summer should taste like.

This might just be making its debut at one of our upcoming farm dinners.

Stay tuned. 🌿

People think farms shut down in winter.

Plot twist: this is when the magic gets planned.

Garden expansions.
New dinners.
Big ideas scribbled in notebooks that smell faintly like coffee and rosemary.

Garden Expansion!

Right now: graph paper, measuring tape, and wildly optimistic dreams.

2026 is already taking shape—and it’s going to be a good one.

This cup holds more than coffee.

It holds ideas scribbled in notebooks.
Plans whispered during winter mornings.
And a whole season waiting to unfold.

In 2026, on select U-Pick days, our bakery will open—
serving fresh pastries and specialty coffees meant to be enjoyed right here on the farm.

For now, we sip. We plan. We dream.

What’s coming is worth the wait.

🧈🥩 Miso Brown Butter Chuck Roast

Brown butter + white miso = deep, savory, melt-in-your-mouth magic. Pressure-cooked until fork-tender and finished with rich umami flavor in every bite.

We served ours with our legendary mashed potatoes and steamed veggies — cozy food, but elevated.

❄️✨ There’s something special about the farm in winter.

While the snow falls and the barn twinkles with Christmas lights, we’re slowing down just enough to reflect, recharge, and dream up what’s next for Cedar Oak Farms.

The season may have ended, but the planning hasn’t.
Menus are being tested, ideas are simmering, and 2026 is already looking delicious.

Thank you for being part of our farm—every season of the year. ❤️

🍂 October at Cedar Oak Farms 🍁

There’s something about October light — the way the orange skies melt into golden leaves, the barn glows like it’s lit from within, and the patio hums with the last warmth of the season. The mums are showing off, the pumpkins are holding court, and the whole farm feels wrapped in a cozy golden glow.

This is our favorite kind of quiet — the in-between moments when the air smells like earth and harvest, and every sunset feels like it was painted just for us.

Stop by, breathe it in, and let fall do what it does best — slow you down and remind you how beautiful simple things can be. 🍁✨

🥚 Farm Fresh Mornings, Done Right 🥕

When your breakfast starts with fresh-from-the-coop eggs and sweet potatoes pulled straight from the garden, you don’t need much else. Our spinach is on its second act before the frost claims it, and it’s giving us one last round of tender, earthy goodness — perfect for these hearty fall breakfast bowls.

At Cedar Oak Farms, we call this the clean-out-the-fridge special, but truth be told, it’s the kind of farm-fresh magic that just happens when the ingredients lead the way.

From roasted sweet potatoes and just-laid eggs to that handful of “one-more-harvest” spinach — it’s proof that breakfast doesn’t have to be fancy to be extraordinary. Just fresh, local, and kissed by the farm. 🌿

Few things say comfort like warm bread fresh from the oven. For our October Farm Dinner, Chef Ella is serving her signature focaccia, baked with locally milled flour from our friends Janie's Mill. Light, airy, and kissed with a golden crust, it’s the kind of bread that brings people together around the table. 🍞💛

This is what makes our farm dinners so special—seasonal menus, handcrafted dishes, and local partnerships that highlight the very best of our region. October may be sold out, but more opportunities are right around the corner. Keep an eye out—we’d love for you to join us at Cedar Oak Farms. 🌿
