Stout Ranch began in 2008 with two Nubian does and has grown into a full farm & ranch providing quality Registered Purebred and American Nubians from champion bloodlines. "Our goal is to produce beautiful top quality registered Purebred and American Nubians that promote the dairy standards, are outstanding and consistent in the show ring and milk pail with even and friendly temperaments to match.

We breed, raise and sell a small, select herd of registered Purebred and American Nubians. Our does and bucks have been hand picked from top breeders across the country. This provides us with a very unique bloodlines that incorporate the strengths from the most admired genetics from around the world! We offer selected breeding to our top quality bucks who produce beautiful superior kids genetically, conformationally and in diary traits."

I just attended a conference with Steve Way, who shared his powerful journey and insights on disability etiquette in the workplace and overcoming adversity.

Steve is a 32 year old substitute teacher by day and stand up comedian by night. He was born with Muscular Dystrophy and is an advocate for disability awareness. Steve performs stand up in the NJ/NY area, delivers motivational speeches around the country on overcoming adversity, and is the co-creator and star of the web series Uplifting Dystrophy. He can be seen in the Hulu show Ramy.

He encourages those with disabilities to speak out and share their stories in the hope that the mystery around disabilities can be eliminated so people can see the person behind the disability. It got me thinking that perhaps someday I should share mine. Anyhow, his story is amazing and I encourage you to look up his web series.
