Here at the farm we have added some beautiful chickens. Therefore, we have eggs for sale! They are free range and taste delicious. $4/dozen. If you’re interested, message us. Pick up will be at the stand in a cooler by Lake Koronis.

Also, we have half dozens of duck eggs. Did you know that they are larger, richer, and more nutrient-dense per egg than chicken eggs. They are great for baking! $4/half dozen

The NexGen Market will be open this Saturday and Sunday, with handmade goodies perfect for the season! Yes, it’s going to be cold but we will have a small heater. So if the red door is closed, come on in! You’ll find grassfed tallow balm, soy candles, caramel popcorn, tallow bar soap, Russian tea, potpourri, Christmas decorations, honey, and free-range chicken eggs—all crafted or grown with love.

On behalf of the NexGen Market team, our hearts are full as we reflect on this summer season. To each and every customer who paused at our stand, shared a smile, or brought a piece of our harvest home — thank you.

We were graced with a truly abundant harvest this year, a gift we do not take lightly. Today, under a sky washed with autumn light, we gently lifted our dahlias from the earth and tucked our garden in for its winter rest. With soil cleared and hearts hopeful, we look toward the promise of spring, eager for the moment we begin again.

Keep an eye on our page — out here on the farm, we’ve been busy stirring up small-batch, all-natural tallow balm and bar soap. We’ll be popping open our little stand now and then with these handmade goodies, so keep an eye out for when the red door swings wide or message us if a need for some product arises.

On a little side note — in the second picture, you’ll spot a red number on one of our dahlia tubers. It still amazes us that from just one tuber planted in spring, we end up with a whole beautiful tangle of new tubers by season’s end.

Product spotlight: whipped tallow balm
Our tallow balm is made from our grass fed beef. The balm replaces conventional lotions and moisturizers to deliver deep, skin-loving hydration. We have unscented for those with sensitive skin. Only two ingredients: tallow and olive oil.
