Well… the first-ever Ozark Flame & Flavor Festival is officially in the books! 🔥🌶️

And what a hell of a good time.

Bentonville showed up for a evening full of music, competitions and enough heat to make you question some of your life choices. 😂🔥

A HUGE thank you to everybody who stopped by the Fire On The Ridge booth — whether you sampled something, bought a jar, talked peppers with us, or just stopped to say hello. We loved getting to be part of the very first one.

Year ONE in the books. 🔥
We’ll absolutely do that again.

I don't know what's hotter anymore... the Arkansas weather or these bougie ass peppers. 😂🌶️🔥

Come wander through the garden with me and see what's ripening.

We've got some gorgeous peppers coming in... some seriously hot ones... and a few that look like they woke up and chose violence. 😈😂

And then I found that one.
“Ooooh boy... that's gonna ruin somebody's day.” 🌶️🔥

“Just think of all the money we'll save growing our own peppers.” — Me, before the receipts 😂

At this point, every pepper probably has a car payment attached to it. 🌶️💸

But LOOK HOW PRETTY THEY ARE. 🔥

IT'S GO TIME. 🔥

Want sourdough without all the guessin' and messin'? 🍞

Our dehydrated sourdough starter gives you options:

🔥 Rehydrate it and start your own living sourdough starter at home.

OR...

🔥 Use it straight from the package in your favorite discard recipes when you want the sourdough goodness without maintaining a starter.

Start it or cook with it. You choose.

A little water. A little sunshine. A little love. 🌱💦

And eventually... violence. 🌶️🔥😂

It's a good thing.
