And just like that, we are nearing the end of 2025. We’re closing out the year the best way we know how: with a lineup of cozy, crave-worthy specials to keep you warm all December long.

🍫 Chocolate Peppermint Blizzard Crepe // A December tradition! A sweet chocolate crepe wrapped around Marshmallow Fluff, chocolate hazelnut spread, and crushed peppermint candy canes. The people of Pancakia have asked for this crepe's return year after year, so naturally... we listened.

💥 K-Pop Crepe // A savory scallion crepe featuring Vermont braised beef, local kimchi with a creamy Korean style BBQ sauce, served with a side of cilantro chili dipping sauce. We love this one too much to not keep around till the end of the year!

☕️ Mint Hot Chocolate // Housemade hot chocolate infused with mint. It's simple. It's cozy. It's perfect.

🥤 Peppermint Rush Milkshake // Local milk and ice cream blended with peppermint syrup & peppermint candy bits. Basically winter cheer in a cup.

BREAKING SKINNYGRAM: Our Peabody Northshore Mall location will be opening at 5am on Friday, November 28th, for all your caffeinated, crepes and Breakfast Sammy needs to fuel your day of holiday shopping. Or, maybe you prefer a Smash Burger at 5am? Sure, why not. You do you!
