We KNOW you’ve all been waiting with bated breath to find out… WHAT WAS FOR LUNCH?! 😂🍴

The winners of the KWLP Walapai 100.9 lunch giveaway were treated to a little homemade goodness from Amelia's Catering❤️

And because we love a good copycat challenge, we went with our “WE GOT CANE’S AT HOME” menu! 🍗🍟

✨ The lineup:
🍗 3 crispy homemade chicken strips
🍟 Crinkle-cut fries
🍞 Buttery garlic toast
🥣 And you KNOW we couldn’t leave out the star of the show… our homemade Cane’s-style dipping sauce! 🤤

Everything was made fresh, homemade, and with a whole lotta love! ❤️

A HUGE congratulations to Hualapai Game & FIsh on their win! 🎉 We hope you enjoyed every crispy, saucy, garlicky bite!

☀️ A Day in the Life of a Small Business Owner… Let’s Go! 😂

The day is already rolling over here! We’ve been up early getting everything prepped for today’s KWLP Walapai 100.9 Lunch Winners! 🎉🥪

But first… we gotta feed our hard working working gal! 😂❤️Breakfast to-go: sausage, egg & cheese English muffin sandwich 🥯 then some COFFEE ☕ because let’s be honest… the coffee is non-negotiable! 😂

Next up: clean-up (again), more coffee (because apparently one cup was NOT enough 😉), and a little computer time. 💻

✅ Invoices sent
✅ Coffee consumed
✅ Kitchen cleaned
✅ Morning hustle in full swing

And now… back to prepping for this afternoon’s orders! 👩‍🍳📦

Running a small business is definitely a “wear all the hats” kind of life — but we wouldn’t trade it! ❤️

Stay tuned… you never know what’s happening behind the scenes! 👀🎉

Quick update — we didn’t starve 🫣🤣! Whipped up a quick homemade beef stroganoff (basically the grown-up version of Hamburger Helper 😂) with a fresh side salad because we need our daily greens! 🥗

Now it’s time to call it a night. Another busy day tomorrow! 😴❤️

WHEW!!! 😮‍💨😂 It has been a LONGER-than-expected day… and somehow I’m still going…Barely, but still going! 🤣
Today’s checklist looked a little something like this:
✔️ Took care of personal matters for the spouse✔️ Catering shopping ✔️ Catering pick-up ✔️ Answered emails ✔️ Requested and sent paperwork✔️ Completed and sent invoices ✔️ Answered MORE emails ✔️ Answered messages ✔️ Responded to new inquiries ✔️ Did MORE shopping ✔️ Oh, and let’s not forget shopping for the Hualapai Pride Fashion Show on Friday! 🌈✨ ✔️ Somehow squeezed in snacks AND lunch because apparently the human body requires food. 😂 ✔️ Got the kiddos to help unload everything because teamwork makes the dream work! 🙌🏽🤣 (forgot to add I did squeeze in a nice power nap as well)
And now… I’m STILL working while hanging out with the spouse as they tackle even MORE behind-the-scenes stuff to get everything ready for Friday’s Fashion Show.
At this point, I’m pretty sure my official job title is:
Professional Juggler of 47 Things at Once, Chief Errand Runner, Email Responder, Invoice Processor, Catering Shopper, Fashion Show Assistant & Occasional Human Being. 😂😂😂
But we’re making it happen! 💪🏽🌈
Now it’s time to make a QUICK dinner (hopefully soon) because I refuse to add “starved to death” to today’s checklist. 🤣🍽️
Tomorrow? We’ll worry about tomorrow when tomorrow gets here. 😂

Early morning road trip, coffee in hand, and apparently my office is now… wherever I can get a cell signal. 😂🚗💨

Today’s work setup: me, my phone, and a whole lot of hoping the cell service doesn’t lose signal📱🙏

Thank goodness I can still get things done from my phone—because apparently I took “work from anywhere” a little too literally. 😅

Corporate office? Nope. Home office? Nope. Passenger seat? You bet. 😂

Congratulations Hualapai Game & FIsh! We’ll see ya Thursday!

It’s been a busy weekend! When you own a business, sometimes your weekends are work too. Along with working, I spent some time decluttering and cleaning, so a seafood shrimp boil felt like the perfect way to reset before the week ahead. 🦐🍋🌽
For us, Sunday dinners are something we try to do every week, even when life gets crazy and chaotic. There’s just something special about slowing down, gathering around the table, and enjoying a good meal together. ❤️

So, what was for dinner at your house tonight? 🍽️
