Last year’s demand was so big for eggs it was a struggle to keep everyone supplied. Well… we did a little chicken math at the end of last year and now we have around 180 layers. AND they are laying like crazy!

We decided to make home made chili and cornbread with homemade butter to warm us up.
Using our farm raised burger, sausage and ground pork.
Turned out wonderful and hit the spot last night.
