Gonna fire up this sexy smoker Saturday. Who wants butts? These are the best butts you can bite! 1 butt will feed about 8-10 folks. Pick up around 11am so you can have it for lunch. Leftovers for dinner too.

PORKARONI and CHEESE!
Gluten free Mac, 4 different cheeses, heavy cream, 1.5 # pulled pork, topped with some rub mix then crushed pork rinds for a crispy topper.

It's been a bit since I posted. Got butts all seasoned up and SHMOKIN'. Using a new sprayer for spritzing. It has great back of the pit reach. Because ain't nobody nowhere wanting dry BBQ!
