Family,

We’ll be open today starting at 11:00 AM as usual. However, due to an unexpected issue with one of our commercial refrigerators, our food storage capacity is currently limited.

As a result, we may need to close earlier than normal today, possibly before 6:00 PM, depending on how long our available inventory lasts. Once we sell out, we’ll be closing for the day.

If you’re planning to stop by, we recommend coming early.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We truly appreciate every one of you.

Abriremos hoy a las 11:00 AM como de costumbre. Sin embargo, debido a una situaciĂłn inesperada con la nevera, actualmente tenemos capacidad limitada para almacenar alimentos.

Por esta razĂłn, es muy probable que tengamos que cerrar antes de las 6:00 PM, o una vez se agoten los alimentos que tenemos disponibles para hoy.

Anoche nos dimos cuenta de que nuestra nevera comercial dejĂł de enfriar correctamente. Estamos trabajando para resolver la situaciĂłn lo antes posible y mantener todo funcionando como debe ser.

Si conocen algún técnico que trabaje con refrigeración comercial, les agradeceríamos muchísimo que nos dejaran su información en los comentarios o nos enviaran un mensaje privado.

Estaremos abiertos hoy sábado de 11:00 AM a 7:00 PM.

Domingo estaremos abiertos de 11:00 AM a 6:00 PM.

🚨 Good morning, Familia.

Last night, we discovered that our commercial refrigerator stopped cooling properly. We are actively working to get it repaired as soon as possible and keep everything running smoothly.

If you know a technician who works on commercial refrigeration, we would greatly appreciate it if you could leave their information in the comments or send us a private message.

We will be open today Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Sunday we will be open from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

First of all, EVERYONE is welcome at Qué Delicia.

We’ve only been open for 2 months, and the restaurant stays packed. Today we worked nonstop ALL day, and the food from the steam table sold out in about 6 hours. I decided to close early because I’d rather close than spend the last hour apologizing to people because we ran out of food.

The truth is, I’ve been losing money cooking extra food “just in case” more customers come in. Moving forward, the steam table food will only be prepared to last until around 5pm so we can keep the quality up and avoid wasting food.

The people who “ignored you” were my customers, and they ignored you because the doors were closed. I can’t stop taking care of the customers already waiting on their food just to keep walking outside explaining why we closed early.

Even then, I still stopped what I was doing and came outside personally to explain what had sold out. There were even customers signaling to you that we were already closed, but you still kept insisting that someone open the door and explain it to you.

The person who came outside to talk to you was me — the owner.

I also don’t understand how you can say “the vibe was weird” when you never even stepped inside the restaurant.

And honestly, it’s a shame I couldn’t even speak to your wife and explain what was still available because you wouldn’t let her talk. You kept speaking over her from a distance with an attitude and embarrassed her in front of everyone.

This is the kind of thing I deal with daily. I opened this place to share love through our food, not to deal with situations like this.
