We wanted to give our First Cup Pearland community a quick update.
We've been trying to work with our neighboring landlord, Allon Property Management, for several years to find a reasonable parking solution, but we have not been able to reach an agreement.
The main concern appears to be the Urgent Care wanting assigned parking for its patients, which we understand. However, Allon does not provide assigned parking to any of its tenants. In the past, we were asked to pay several thousand dollars per month for access to the lot without any assigned spaces.
In the meantime, we're focused on solutions. Saint Andrew's Church has generously offered employee parking, and we're working on additional options to make parking easier for our customers.
Thank you, Pearland, for your incredible support. First Cup has always been about more than coffee—it's about creating a place where our community can gather, connect, and belong. We'll keep you updated as we make progress. In the meantime, please be cautious when parking next door.
