Everyone, meet Doo-wop! She likes to party 🎉 and is bummed she’s missing out on tomorrow’s festivities. She does want you to know that she expects you to show up and celebrate on her behalf.

What to expect:

DOORS OPEN AT 8:00 AM! The first ELEVEN friends who drop in for a visit will snag one of Lou’s famous tacos for FREE! Choose from bacon 🥓 egg 🍳 & 🧀 or potato 🥔 egg 🍳 & 🧀.

RIBBON 🎀 ✂️ CUTTING with the best chamber to ever exist starts at 10:00 am sharp.

There will be a brief story time (like, super brief, I’ll keep it short!), cool 😎 people will introduce themselves to the group and then we take a group photo to celebrate! 🎉

We have door prizes! Enter to win anytime between 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. How do you enter, you ask? Easy peasy!

We’ll have entry forms at the shop for those who are able to drop by in person. Can’t make it to the shop tomorrow? No problem! Follow us on Facebook &/or Instagram and comment on THIS post. BONUS POINTS if you comment on the Facebook live with See? Easy, peasy!

Week 3 is a wrap! Thank you to everyone who stopped by to learn a little more about us and try one of our breakfast tacos & treats. We have loved every smile, every hug, and every conversation. 💛

We had to stop by our favorite D'Caribbean Curry Spot for the best beef patties & doubles to celebrate.

It was an absolute pleasure getting to chat with Brant last week.

Our shop is definitely a labor of love and getting to read it from Brant’s point of view was an absolute joy. I only teared up a little bit. 💛

Even better? We get to do this together. Extra cherry on top? Local small businesses have partnered with us and we’re excited to introduce them all to our community. 💛🍪

We have had a FABULOUS soft opening over the last couple of weeks. Thank you so much for stopping in for a visit and a chat (and a cookie or two 😉).

Everything is coming together so beautifully, and for this, we are so grateful. Our team is ready to fully open our doors and we’re so excited to be able to invite you to our GRAND OPENING weekend.

Threebrosloaves Sourdough Chocolate Chip Banana Bread paired with our Emperor's Chai Black Tea. This spiced tea featuring an aromatic blend of cardamom, cinnamon, and other warm spices is the perfect balance for our favorite banana bread.

Meet our Everything Blue Breakfast Sandwich! What's in it, you ask? I'm happy to tell you!

We took .farm Yetta's Blueberry Jam with cream cheese and spread it on a toasted Kraftsmen Baking everything bagel, top it with scrambled eggs with cheese, crispy bacon, and avocado slices. A sprinkle of paprika and then the stack is completed.

Pair it with our Caramelized Pear tea and you have the perfect start to your day.

The first week of our soft open was out of this world 🌎 AMAZING!! Thank you to everyone who dropped in for a visit. We loved being able to finally welcome you into our cozy little shop.

Had the chance to talk shop and give the Slab & Spice pizza dynasty a sneak peek of our space.

The pizza prince tested out the couch for us. 10/10, almost TOO comfortable was the final review.

Happy Mother’s Day to the women who pour so much love into the world.

Today is a day of deep gratitude and a little bit of heartache. I’m finding myself somewhere between missing my mom and feeling incredibly lucky for the years I had with her. Her spirit is the heartbeat behind everything I do, and I feel her with me in every quiet moment and every small success.

I’m also so thankful for Lou’s mom. Having her love and support in my life is a gift we don’t take for granted - thank you for being such a light.

To all the moms, the mother figures, and those who nurture others with everything they have: you are absolute superstars. Whether you’re celebrating with family today or holding onto precious memories, I hope your day is filled with the same warmth you give to everyone else.

📦 We’re Moving! Operations Paused This Week

Exciting news: We are officially transitioning into our new kitchen!

To ensure a smooth move, we will not be taking orders or stocking our usual locations this week. We’re putting all our energy into getting our new home ready so we can get back to baking for you as soon as possible.

Do you have a sunny personality and a love for all things scratch-made? We’re looking for a Bakery Associate to join our small-batch kitchen!

Most days, you’ll be in the heart of the bakery - prepping our signature cookies, brownies, and breakfast tacos, and greeting our regulars with a smile. But because we love our community, you’ll also get the chance to step out of the shop and help us shine at local farmers markets and community events!

The Scoop:

Role: Hybrid BOH Prep & FOH Counter

Pay: $12–$13/hr + tips

Vibe: Must be outgoing, reliable, and ready to smile!

Availability: Weekend/holiday rotations are a must (that’s when the magic happens!).

Must be 18+ years of age.

We had our first visitor (not related to us 😉) at our new shop yesterday! 🎉

Thank you to Adam with for dropping by & keeping us hydrated with the Hawaiian Twist. We loved the refreshing blend of pineapple 🍍 , coconut 🥥 water, ginger 🫚 , turmeric, lemon 🍋 , and blue spirulina! 💛
