A rich chocolate ganache macaron with a little surprise in the middle — spiced pear jam from Biggs Farm!

We wanted to make something special for Pearland, and this one felt just right. A little chocolate, a little spice, and a little love for our local community 💚

The Pearland Signature will be joining our macaron box lineup this week and will be available for pickup at Yellow Apron Baking Co.!

We built our bakery + cafe as a gathering place for our community. We wanted to provide a space where friends & family could meet & relax for a bit, leaving the outside world, well, outside.

And when your own family surprises you with a visit? Well, that’s kind of the cherry 🍒 on top of this sweet journey.

So happy to welcome everyone who makes it a point to visit us. We don’t take that lightly and are always so excited to share our sweet little corner with you.

We’re closed Monday, but we’ll be back Tuesday with your favorite breakfast tacos & cookies. 🍪 💛

We opened in May. It’s October. And somehow, you all did this. 🏆

Platinum. Best Bakery. 2026.

We’re not going to pretend we saw this coming. We’re a scratch bakery in Pearland that unlocked the door one morning and just… started baking. No grand opening. No sign out front. Just real ingredients, made from scratch, every single day.

And you showed up. You kept showing up. You told your neighbors, your coworkers, your group chats. And apparently, you voted.

We’re a small team that shows up before the sun does, makes everything from scratch, and genuinely cares about every single thing that leaves this kitchen. That’s it. That’s the whole thing.

To every person who has walked through our door, tagged a friend, sent a DM, left a review, or just quietly kept coming back, this is for you. We mean that more than we know how to say.

We’re going to celebrate for exactly five minutes and then get back to baking. Because the best way we know how to say thank you is to make sure the case is full when you walk in tomorrow. 💛

Great news, friends!! We are officially part of Pearland Restaurant Weeks 2026 and we are so excited to share this with our community. 🍐

All month long October we’re offering two special prix-fixe menus created specifically for this event. This is scratch-baked comfort food, served the Yellow Apron way, with a little something extra.

Breakfast — $20
Pick one: Everything Blue · Turkey Brunch · Breakfast Quesadilla served with seasoned potatoes, a mini yogurt bowl (featuring our house-made granola!), and tea or coffee ☕️

Lunch — $25

Choose your experience:

🥪 Sandwich Combo: chicken salad, grilled cheese, or sandwich of the month, served with chips or a fruit cup, a Yellow Apron drink, and a cookie or brownie

🫖 Afternoon Tea: three finger sandwiches, three fresh-baked scones (vanilla bean, cheddar habanero, and sun-dried tomato basil), three mini desserts including a Sister Shoppe Goods macaron, and your choice of tea

And the best part? $2 from every breakfast and $3 from every lunch goes directly to Pearland Neighborhood Center. 🍐

This is our first time participating in Pearland Restaurant Weeks and we couldn’t be more grateful to be part of it. Come in, bring someone you love, and know that your meal is doing a little good in our neighborhood too.

Holy smokes, you guys, October is off to quite the start! And the temps are in the 80s?!?! Fall is here!! 💛🍂

We’re excited to be participating in Pearland Restaurant Weeks benefiting Pearland Neighborhood Center - a wonderful non-profit organization that provides social services & support programs to our community.

Breakfast deal includes one of our fan favorites - Everything Blue, Turkey Brunch, or Breakfast Quesadilla - with a side of potatoes, a mini yogurt bowl, and your choice of tea or coffee for only $20.

BONUS: $2 from every breakfast meal sold goes to the Pearland Neighborhood Center! 💛

We have TWO lunch options:

Grab a delicious chicken salad sandwich, grilled cheese, or sandwich of the month, chips or a seasonal fruit cup, a fabulous Yellow Apron Baking Co. drink, and a classic fudge brownie or one of our daily lineup cookies 🍪.

Afternoon Tea includes THREE finger sandwiches – one each chicken salad, egg, salad, and turkey and cheddar - THREE scones (vanilla bean, cheddar habanero, sun-dried tomato basil) served with jam and hot honey, and a mini dessert plate that includes one mini cookie, one classic fudge, brownie bite, and one delicious macaron courtesy of Sister Shoppe Goods.

Both lunch options are ONLY $25. BONUS: three dollars from each meal sold benefits the Pearland Neighborhood Center.

Pearland Restaurant Weeks runs from October 1 through October 31. Treat yourself and a friend to a delicious breakfast and lunch and know that you’re helping out a wonderful community organization!
